Delivery

We offer 4 types of deliveries:

• Withdrawal in store: Would you like to pick up your product yourself at our shop? Choose this option in the "Delivery" step before the payment page. We will then contact you to organise the withdrawal at Rueil-Malmaison.

• 50€ delivery: Do you want to be delivered in the Paris region (75,77,78,78,91,92,93,94,95)? This option is for you. We personally deliver the ordered product(s) to the delivery address of your choice!

• Choose your carrier: This option is free of charge for ordering. We take care of packing the product before it is picked up by the carrier of your choice, however the transport organisation is at your expense. Feel free to contact us for more information.

• Classic delivery: We calculate the shipping costs according to the dimensions and weight of each product individually. We also work with the most careful and fast carriers to provide you with the best possible service before and after the product has left our premises. Of course we ensure the packaging so that your order is as well protected as possible!
  
  
• Worldwide delivery: We calculate shipping costs according to the dimensions and weight of each package, but also according to the destination. This type of request will be the subject of a request for an estimate from our carriers. This is why we thank you in advance for contacting us in case you are interested in a delivery outside of France.

• The delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks depending on the dimensions of the products. You will be notified of the shipment of your order by e-mail.
• Orders are shipped throughout Europe from our offices in France.

Return

You have received your product, but it does not meet your expectations? You have 14 days to return the product to us.

Please contact us beforehand so that we can organise the return together.
