1. Introduction

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale below govern the contractual relations between any user of the site www.galerie-parallele.com, owned by the SARL GALERIE PARALLELE registered at the RCS of Versailles under the SIRET number 82751369800023 and whose head office is located at 8 rue du château d'eau, 78360 Montesson.

These General Conditions of Sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition, except prior, express or written derogation. GALERIE PARALLELE may occasionally modify some of the provisions of its general conditions. These modifications are opposable from the moment they are put on line, and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase or order placed on the site, or during a temporary sale (trade fairs, etc.) are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) applicable at the date of the purchase/order. By validating your purchase or your order placed online, your purchase or your order placed in the shop, you accept without reserve our General Terms and Conditions of Sale available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on our website.



2. Placing an order with Galerie Parallele

To place your order on www.galerie-parallele.com, the process consists of 3 successive steps:

STEP 1: choose your products and validate your basket;

STEP 2: Fill in your personal details and delivery address; 

STEP 3: Following these two steps, an automatic confirmation of sale followed by an email will be sent to you with the estimated delivery date. It is COMPULSORY to fill in the address including all information allowing the good progress of the delivery (time slot, door codes, floor...)



3. Product information

GALERIE PARALLELE undertakes to provide descriptions and technical information on the products within the limits and in compliance with the best standards of the vintage furniture market. The photographs are specific to the product to which they are linked

Each product is unique and its restoration remains as close as possible to the original. The colours (of the wood) may vary slightly. The design remains original.



4. Availability and orders

We validate your order while stocks last.



5. Prices

The selling prices indicated on the site are in euros, excluding taxes and delivery costs. The total amount before tax is mentioned on the confirmation page of your basket or your order / purchase in the shop. The possible delivery costs indicated are an estimate and will be validated afterwards according to the delivery address. The price to be paid is in Euros and is shown before the order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the current prices indicated on the site at the time of your order. SARL GALERIE PARALLELE remains the owner of the product until the price is paid in full.



6. Payment 

For the products available immediately, the payment of 100% of the price is made at the gallery or on our website.

7. Delivery

GALERIE PARALLELE offers a delivery service. The delivery is made through a carrier.

We offer 4 delivery methods:

- free collection in shop;

- delivery in Paris and IDF;

- delivery in France.

- Delivery outside France: A personalised estimate will be submitted to you. The delivery time will be communicated to you by our carrier.

It is OBLIGATORY to communicate us at the time of your purchase or your order the address including all information allowing the good progress of the delivery (time slot, codes of doors, floor...).

In case of absence of this information, it is the customer's obligation, on the estimated date communicated, to ask us and specify this information as well as to make a delivery appointment. Otherwise, the customer will be contacted according to our availability for delivery. In case of lack of response, the customer is required to come and collect the order in the shop by appointment or during the following hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. Delivery times are determined according to your location and our availability. Any delay in delivery shall not constitute an acceptable cause, neither of refusal of delivery, nor cancellation, nor action for damages if the latter is due to lack of information related to the point of delivery or external events that may disrupt it.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the lack of necessary information from the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

8. Order cancellation

For purely online purchases, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the time you receive your order.

You have the possibility, for the Product(s) purchased on the site, to return them:

The returned Product(s) must be in their original condition and complete, allowing them to be remarketed. The Product(s) returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned or refunded.

If you receive damaged or missing products, please contact us. Our team will come back to you as soon as possible after examination to repair or replace the product.
